Advocate Second shift and weekends

Job DescriptionJob Description

• To provide direct care, support and supervision of residents.
• To facilitate psychoeducational trauma informed groups for residents.
• To be responsible for all required documentation for shift in the electronic filing system, including passing pertinent information directly to the next shift.
• To assist in house management, including keeping the house clean, neat and safe.
• To attend staff meetings and individual supervisions.
• To assist in supervision of residents during recreational activities.
• To occasionally provide transportation to residents.
• To successfully complete designated training for this position.
• To enforce house rules and policies and procedures.
• To administer medication to residents.
• To perform related duties.
• The Advocate reports to the Program Manager.
