THE JOB:

As the Bus & Runner for The Mansions inside MGM Grand, you will be responsible for maintaining your assigned sections and keeping tables clean and sanitary. This includes removing dirty dishes and debris from tables, as well as stocking tables and side stations with clean dishes, silverware, glassware, and condiments. The Bus & Runner also works in conjunction with Food Servers to ensure exceptional guest service is consistently delivered. This includes ensuring the efficient delivery of food throughout the restaurant THE STARTING RATE: $14.91 Hourly

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Maintain food and beverage station in a clean and orderly manner
• Clean and sanitize all equipment
• Keep floors free of debris and spills
• Sweep and mop floor, and empty garbage, as required by the venue
• Maintain par stock levels in the beverage station
• Clean and sanitize tables and chairs
• Retrieve orders the warehouse and stock storeroom
• Assist with proper stock rotation
• Run food as required by the Department
• Perform other job-related duties as requested

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Is 21+ years of age
• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays required
• 1+ Years of prior relevant experience in a restaurant as a busser or food runner preferred
• 1+ years of prior work experience in a fast paced, high volume restaurant operations experience preferred
• Experience working in a similar resort setting preferred
