Caregiver In-Home Senior Care Hiring Now For Weekends

We are hiring dependable, compassionate caregivers with weekend availability for clients located in Tangipahoa Parish, St. John the Baptist Parish, St. Helena Parish, and surrounding areas. We have weekday shifts available too, but weekend availability is required. Pay: $13.75–$17.25 per hour We are looking for caregivers who can commit to working Saturday and/or Sunday. Weekday shifts may also be available based on your availability and client needs. What You'll Do

As a Home Instead Caregiver, you may provide:

• Assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Toileting and incontinence care
• Safe transfers and mobility assistance
• Meal preparation and assistance with meals
• Medication reminders
• Transportation to appointments, errands, and activities
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Dementia and Alzheimer's care
• Activities and meaningful engagement
• Support with everyday activities of daily living (ADLs)

What We're Looking For

Our ideal caregiver is:

• Available to work weekends
• Dependable and committed to scheduled shifts
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful
• Comfortable working with older adults
• A strong communicator
• Comfortable providing hands-on personal care
• Able to build trusting relationships with clients and their families
• Experienced in caregiving, home care, CNA, personal care, assisted living, or similar settings preferred

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable vehicle
• Current auto insurance
• Current registration
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to pass a drug screen
• Ability to pass DMV check
• Ability to safely perform the physical duties required for caregiving
• Must comply with State of Louisiana regulations
