Orientation & Training:

TMC provides an extensive orientation and flatbed training program tailored for you! With nearly 30 years of experience, our student driver training is one of the few certified Heavy Truck Driver Apprenticeship programs approved by the Department of Labor. During the orientation period, which lasts two weeks at our facilities in Des Moines, Iowa, or Columbia, South Carolina, apprentice drivers earn $650 per week. Following orientation, drivers will spend five weeks on the road with a Driver Trainer, or four weeks if you have an Automatic Transmission restriction on your Class A CDL. We prioritize home time, pairing you with a trainer living within 150 miles of your home, so you can enjoy your weekends with friends and family. Some first-year drivers are earning up to $100,000 annually!

Requirements:

• Must possess a Class A CDL.
