Essential Functions
- Able to use blueprints, sketches, manuals, work orders and written specifications to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished pieces and sequence of operations requirements.
- Load bars in machine for continual production operations.
- Unload completed parts from machine and place / stack in pans for further processing / wash.
- Verify dimensions of part to prints and alignment using micrometers, gauges and tools.
- Make sure all oil and coolant levels in machines are maintained to proper levels.
- Inspect machines for maintenance or wear issues and report to Supervisor for correction.
- Install/change out replacement parts, drills and tools as needed.
- Remove chips from machines periodically and at end of shift.
- Fill out production and maintenance logs daily.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
