Schedule One Details:

• Total Weekly Hours: 16.25 hours per week
• Shift Options (Choose One): * Monday through Friday (5 days/week) OR Sunday through Thursday (5 days/week)
• Flexible Start Time: Begin your shift anytime between 5:15 PM and 6:45 PM.
• Nightly Duration: 3 - 3.25 hours per night.

Schedule Two Details:

• Total Weekly Hours: 8 hours per week
• Shift Options: Saturday and Sunday
• Flexible Start Time: Begin your shift anytime between 5:15 AM and 6:00PM.
• Nightly Duration: 4 hours per day

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities):

As a Janitorial Specialist, you will ensure our clients' spaces are spotless, safe, and welcoming. Your nightly duties will include:

• Emptying and collecting trash, recycling, and replacing liners.
• Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming various flooring types (carpets, rugs, and hard surfaces).
• Cleaning, sanitizing, and restocking restrooms to the highest hygiene standards.
• Maintaining a sharp eye for detail to ensure all designated office spaces and common areas meet OMS’s premium standards.

• Solid & Stable Work History: You do not need prior commercial cleaning experience. However, we do strictly require a proven track record of long-term employment with a previous employer in any industry (e.g., retail, food service, warehousing, etc.). We value loyalty and reliability.
• Strong Work Ethic: Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently without direct supervision.
• Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for cleanliness and a commitment to meticulous care.
• Background Check & References: Candidates must be willing to undergo a comprehensive background check and provide verified professional references.
