Customer Service – Sales Assistant Raleigh, NC (Onsite) Direct Hire Full-Time | Hourly Pay: $21.00–$27.00 per hour Kelly Services is seeking a Customer Service Sales Representative to join a growing distribution team in Raleigh, NC. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers, building relationships, and providing outstanding service while supporting sales growth. If you have experience in customer service, inside sales, HVAC distribution, plumbing, electrical, industrial supply, or wholesale distribution, we’d love to hear from you! What You’ll Do

• Provide exceptional customer service to in person and phone customers.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Recommend additional or complementary products to increase sales.
• Assist customers with product selection and basic technical questions.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Process invoices, cash sales, and C.O.D. transactions.
• Assist with warranty claims and customer credits.
• Maintain an organized, professional counter area and merchandise displays.
• Support branch operations and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, counter sales, inside sales, or wholesale distribution experience preferred.
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, industrial, or building materials experience is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer and order entry skills.
• Ability to multitask while providing excellent customer service.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail.

Compensation & Benefits

• $21.00–$27.00 per hour, depending on experience.
• Candidates with approximately five years of related experience typically fall in the $24–$25/hour range.
• Top pay is available for candidates with exceptional product knowledge and customer service experience.
