Event Staff

Event staff help us make our magic a reality! Setting up tents and making events run smoothly. Labor tasks performed but not limited to:

• packing orders for wedding & events happening all over the Outer Banks
• loading and unloading 16ft box trucks & 26ft box trucks
• tent & equipment setups and breakdowns for weddings and events
• driving experience with 16ft box truck is plus

Requirements of the role:

• labor-must be able to lift up to 75 lbs**
• must have phone and your own transportation
• must maintain a presentable appearance
• weekends are a must
• overtime (up to 52 hours)
• valid drivers license
• must be dependable & a team player

This is seasonal position that starts as soon as possible and ends around the last week of October or second week of November depending on job performance. The training wage is $17 an hour and then would go to $18.00 depending on job performance. This position can be labor intensive at times. Housing is included; one staff members per room, fully furnished, WIFI and rent is $125.00 a week and the commute is around 20 minutes from work.
