About the Role As a DSP at Impact Support Services, you’ll provide dynamic, person-centered direct care in a residential setting. This includes hands-on personal support, positive role modeling, and skill-building to promote independence and growth. Key Responsibilities • Oversee and/or assist with personal care and hygiene routines • Plan and implement community integration activities • Assist with daily tasks such as meal prep, shopping, and housekeeping • Maintain thorough documentation, daily logs, and follow each Individual Plan (IP) • Provide a safe environment by adhering to emergency procedures

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Excellent communication, written and organization skills. • Ability to use computer programs such as Therap and Paycom • Ability to teach/mentor others

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• 18+ years of age • High school diploma or equivalent • Valid driver's license (ability to obtain class E license within 14 days of hire) • Proof of vehicle insurance • Successful completion of background checks and reference verification • Ability to stand or sit for several hours, bend, stoop or perform other physical duties
