Northern Virginia | Established Private Practice | Partnership Opportunity A well-established, physician-led nephrology practice in Northern Virginia is seeking a BC/BE nephrologist to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to step into an immediate patient base within a highly respected, long-standing practice known for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Practice Highlights:

  • Coverage at two hospitals and multiple nearby dialysis centers
  • Dedicated APP support to enhance workflow and balance

Clinical Structure:

  • Balanced mix of inpatient and outpatient care
  • Structured rotation model:
  • Week 1: Hospital + light clinic
  • Week 2: Outpatient clinic focus
  • Manageable call schedule:
  • ~1:5 weekends (shared with neighboring group)
  • ~1:3 weekday call rotation
  • Strong CKD and ESRD patient base with built-in volume

Compensation & Partnership:

  • Competitive base salary with an increase in year two
  • Production and profitability bonus potential
  • Partnership track (2 years, no buy-in)

Candidate Requirements:

  • MD or DO
  • BC/BE in Nephrology
