Job Description:

M&M’S Las Vegas is currently seeking Seasonal Part Time Associates for the 26 - 27 Holiday Season! This position is for a seasonal period of employment, through at least early January 2027 with the option to extend into a permanent position with benefits This position pays $17.50 per hour.

Job Overview:

Our Seasonal Retail Associates will be trained in all areas of the sales floor and will be responsible for providing an exceptional experience for our Guests, whether in a character, welcome and greet the guests, cashier, selling, or merchandising position. This customer-facing role requires positivity, product knowledge and determination to create an unforgettable customer experience. We welcome unique personalities, just as our M&M brand is rooted in our unique characters! Job Requirements and Qualifications

• Must be excited to SMILE and work in a fun, fast-paced environment to make every interaction a positively unforgettable experience for our guests while driving daily sales and metrics.
• Must have authorization to work in the U.S.
• Must be 18 years old to apply
• No Education or previous retail experience required
• Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate and share information with diverse groups of customers and peers
• Resourceful self-starter, works well independently as well as part of a team, and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
• Ability to comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety, food handling, Quality, Loss Prevention and Emergency procedures
• Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
