Job Summary As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will be a vital support to residents, providing compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN). Your role will involve:

• Delivering resident-centered nursing care and assisting with daily activities like bathing, grooming, and meal support.
• Monitoring vital signs and documenting resident interactions and changes in condition.
• Assisting with resident transfers and mobility, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Creating a positive dining experience and engaging residents in wellness and recreational activities.
• Maintaining cleanliness in residents' living areas and assisting with housekeeping tasks.

This is an every-other-weekend position with 8-hour shifts. You will work in a caring team environment focused on infection prevention, respect, and providing high-quality care. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Minimum age of 16.
• Previous experience as a nursing assistant in long-term care is a plus.
• A valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification or the ability to obtain certification within four months.
• Must complete annual competency testing and maintain required continuing education credits.
• May require certification with the Unlicensed Assistive Person (UAP) Registry if applicable.
