Part-Time Porter: Brevard County, Florida Equity Maintenance Group (EMG) is actively seeking a part time Porter to work in Brevard County. About EMG EMG is an Florida based property/facilities maintenance company. Our company seeks to provide environmentally friendly, high caliber property and facilities maintenance at a reasonable price. Candidates should have a proven track record of being reliable, honest and hard working. Looking for a part-time porter. Flexible schedule with the ability to work 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift, Saturday, Sunday, both or neither. Hours are flexible. Job Duties: -General grounds keeping. Trash pickup -Emptying out trash cans -Disposal of bulk trash -Window cleaning -Blowing sidewalks, Dusting windows, overhangs and fixtures. Disposing of trash in medians, driveways and common areas. Notify managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or tenant through inspection report form.
