Seasonal Guest Experience Team Member – Weekends

Cutthroat Cove® Blacklight Mini Golf – Mesa, AZ Cutthroat Cove is looking for a dependable, mature, and friendly team member to join us immediately for our busy fall and holiday season. We are looking to fill this position right away. This is a part-time, seasonal/flexible position averaging approximately 10–12 hours per week. Hours may vary based on business needs, with the possibility of additional hours and continued employment in the future.

Typical Schedule:

Friday: approximately 4–8 PM Saturday: approximately 12–8 PM Additional shifts may occasionally be available during holidays, school breaks, parties, and busy periods.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests
• Operate the register and process transactions
• Monitor the mini-golf and arcade areas
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming facility
• Restock prizes and supplies
• Assist with parties and special events
• Provide friendly and professional customer service

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED required
• Reliable transportation
• Dependable and consistent Friday and Saturday availability
• Comfortable working responsibly as part of a small team and with limited supervision
• Must successfully complete a background check

Customer service, retail, hospitality, arcade, or entertainment experience is preferred but not required. Position: Part-Time / Seasonal / Flexible Hours: Approximately 10–12 hours per week to start Start Date: Immediate Location: Superstition Springs Center – Mesa, AZ Pay: $15.25 - $16.00 per hour Expected hours: 5.0 – 15.0 per week
