Seasonal Sales Associate/Stock Associates (part time)

As a Retail Sales Associate, your day to day role encompasses thoughtful and sincere customer engagement, maintaining the visual standards outlined by leadership and partners and timely and effective communication of all and any outstanding customer concerns. Greeting customers in a professional and friendly manner upon entering the store & providing outstanding service by actively engaging with guests and understanding their needs. Actively recommend and upsell products to achieve individual and team sales goals. Stay current on product features, inventory, promotions, and store policies. Communicate directly with Supervisors (Store Manager and Shift Leaders) of outstanding customer transactions and needs at the end of a shift or before a break. OPERATION/VISUAL Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor. Restock and relocate items according to merchandising standards. Use in-store technology effectively to enhance the customer experience. Communicate inventory needs to support the business goal Foster an inclusive and respectful workplace, celebrating diversity among team members and guests. Work collaboratively to support daily store sales/visual operations and meet collective goals. A passion for customer service and creating positive experiences.
