Weekend Bridal Consultant - Saturdays and Sundays Only - Experience Required

Mariee Bridal is a luxury bridal boutique located in Scottsdale with an outstanding reputation for customer service. We specialize in couture bridal gowns from leading international designers priced from $2500-$10,000 and we are now hiring for a part-time bridal sales consultant to join our well established team. This will be a permanent part-time position, working every Saturday and Sunday. Previous experience in bridal is required. We look for positive, hard-working, motivated and energetic individuals with a strong passion for bridal.

Your primary responsibilities will be as follows:

• You will conduct 1-2 hour bridal appointments with our brides and their groups, providing them the Mariée Bridal experience and ultimately helping the bride find her perfect dress and accessories.
• You will shadow our bridal seamstresses during their alterations appointments in order to gain a complete understanding of what is possible in the alterations department of a bridal shop.
• You will receive extensive training in sales and customer service in order to be able to perform the duties of a bridal consultant to the highest possible standards.
• You will be trained to learn to answer the phone and answer questions from potential customers, and maintain the highest standards of customer service and professionalism at all times.
• You will assist in maintaining the store's cleanliness and overall appearance. Cleaning duties are dispersed across the entire staff.
• We work as a team, and assist each other in dressing mannequins, putting away dresses and accessories, and making sure the store is presentable at all times.

Job requirements:

• Previous experience in a bridal store is required. The role of a bridal consultant is physically demanding and you need a reasonably good level of physical fitness in order to perform.
• You will have a consistent part-time schedule, working every Saturday and Sunday.
• We are a small team so team fit is essential. We typically employ energetic and hard-working individuals who enjoy working as part of a team and are passionate about weddings and the fashion industry. This is a customer facing role so you should genuinely enjoy working with all types of potential customers.
