What You'll Be DoingProvide Compassionate, Resident-Centered Care

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, transfers, and mobility assistance
• Promote resident dignity, independence, comfort, and safety
• Build meaningful relationships through conversation, companionship, and emotional support
• Support evening and overnight routines while helping create a calm, welcoming environment
• Observe changes in resident condition and communicate concerns to nursing staff
• Follow individualized care plans while providing consistent, compassionate care
• Work closely with caregivers, nurses, and leadership to ensure exceptional resident experiences
