Weekend Patrol Security Officer Schedule: Saturday/Sunday, 3:00PM - 11:00PM Pay Rate: $20.25/hr In the role of a Weekend Patrol Security Officer, you will play a crucial part in safeguarding our clients' people, property, and assets by:

• Monitoring premises for safety hazards and suspicious activities via surveillance cameras and foot or vehicle patrols.
• Enforcing access control procedures to ensure authorized personnel only access restricted areas.
• Responding swiftly to alarms or emergencies, including medical situations or fire hazards, and reporting incidents to law enforcement when necessary.
• Documenting incidents and observations in detailed reports to support investigations and ensure accountability.
• Providing outstanding customer service by greeting visitors and assisting with their inquiries, all while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Conducting safety inspections to identify risks and ensure a secure environment for everyone.
• Utilizing conflict resolution skills to manage disputes and maintain a peaceful atmosphere.
• Collaborating with fellow security staff and emergency responders to coordinate effective security measures.

Qualifications:

• Excellent observational and de-escalation skills, remaining calm under pressure.
• Strong communication skills, able to work effectively with global and local teams.
• Commitment to ethical practices and strict adherence to safety protocols.
• Intermediate computer proficiency.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable means of communication and transportation.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing English.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
