  • Operate production and assembly machinery to create premium windows, doors, and skylights as per established work instructions and quality benchmarks during weekend shifts.
  • Assemble components using hand and power tools, ensuring precise fit, finish, and alignment.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols, utilize personal protective equipment, and promptly report any unsafe conditions or incidents.
  • Conduct inspections of materials and finished products for defects, measurements, and overall quality, taking corrective steps or escalating issues as necessary.
  • Understand and follow production schedules, work orders, and basic drawings to achieve daily and weekly output targets.
  • Safely handle, move, and organize raw materials, parts, and finished goods.
  • Maintain accurate records of production data, counts, and quality checks using paper forms or basic computer systems.
  • Engage in continuous improvement efforts, identifying opportunities to enhance safety, quality, and efficiency.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of work areas, performing basic equipment checks and housekeeping tasks throughout shifts.
  • Collaborate with team members, leads, and supervisors to troubleshoot production challenges while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

Required Skills

  • Experience in operating manufacturing equipment.
