Role Overview We are seeking a warm, organized, and reliable Part-Time Weekend Receptionist to join our administrative team. As the first point of contact for our facility, you will create a welcoming environment for visitors, manage phone lines, and support administrative operations. Key Responsibilities <ul><li>Front Desk Operations: Answer, screen, and direct phone calls; greet and assist visitors, residents, and family members.</li><li>Administrative Support: Perform basic data entry, word processing, manage filing systems, and handle incoming/outgoing mail.</li><li>Facility Security: Monitor the guest logbook and surveillance footage to maintain lobby security and safety.</li><li>Supply & Inventory Management: Monitor, order, receive, and store facility office supplies.</li><li>Resident Support: Address inquiries with compassion and promptly report any resident issues to the Administrator. </li></ul>Qualifications <ul><li>Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.</li><li>Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).</li><li>Key Strengths: Strong multitasking ability, professional appearance and demeanor, problem-solving skills, and tact in high-volume situations.</li><li>Physical Requirements: Ability to move intermittently throughout the day, lift up to 25 lbs, and assist in resident evacuations during emergency situations if needed. </li></ul>Equal Opportunity Employer Complete Care at Manitowoc provides equal employment opportunities to all. 9.10.26
